1. Apparel & Merchandise

Why We Cannot Accept Returns or Issue Refunds on Apparel

We love that you chose to wear something from The Hair Braiders. Every piece of apparel in our store is made to order, specifically for you, through a print-on-demand service. This means your shirt does not exist until you order it. It is printed, packaged, and shipped as a unique item created in response to your purchase.

 

Because each order is custom-produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on apparel. This is not a reflection of how much we value you as a customer — it is simply the nature of the process. A made-to-order item cannot be restocked, resold, or returned to inventory the way a mass-produced product can.

 

We encourage you to review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about fit, fabric, or style before purchasing, please reach out to us before you order and we will do our best to help you choose the right option.

 

Quality Issues

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives with a printing defect, a manufacturing error, or damage that occurred before it reached you, we want to know about it. Please contact us at info@thehairbraiders.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

 

We will review every quality concern individually and work with you toward a resolution. We are proud of what we put our name on, and we want you to be too.

 

Still Not Happy?

If you received your order and are highly dissatisfied for any reason, we want to hear from you. Reach out to us directly at info@thehairbraiders.com. We cannot promise a refund, but we do promise a real conversation. You are not just an order number to us.

 

2. Digital Products

All digital products — including downloadable guides, resources, and any other digital files — are non-refundable once delivered. Because digital products are accessed and downloaded immediately upon purchase, we are unable to “take them back” the way a physical product could be returned.

3. Braider Base & Early Access Sign-Ups

Sign-ups for the Braider Base early access list are free and carry no purchase obligation. There is nothing to refund. You may remove yourself from our list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
